Terms & ConditionsReturns of damaged/faulty goods All orders are carefully checked before despatch, but should an error occur or the goods be found to be faulty or damaged and you wish to return them please contact us in the first instance via email. We will then let you know how we will organise the return and issue a return number. We must receive notification within 5 working days of receipt of order otherwise claims cannot be considered. Please keep the original packaging. Delivery We carry a large stock of all craft items and we will always do our best to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. Deliveries within the UK should be made within 48 hours after dispatch - this is obviously in the hands of the delivery agents. We will advise you via email immediately of any delay to the dispatch of your order. Postage and packing is charged as follows for all online orders* to UK destinations:-
